Groupon has THE worst customer service
Groupon has THE worst customer service. I’m trying to get a refund from a seller who did not perform the service I purchased. The spa told me to get a refund from Groupon instead of making it right. Now Groupon is telling me the owner marked the service as redeemed even though they didn’t do laser resurfacing which is what I purchased. Now because the Groupon was marked redeemed I have to have a letter from the spa saying the Groupon is eligible for a refund and the spa won’t return my calls. Worst experience with Groupon ever!

Groupon seems to be a LAST DITCH EFFORT…
Groupon seems to be a LAST DITCH EFFORT for FAILING businesses to get some traffic. Ive been on there for years and have experienced MANY HORROR stories from businesses refusing to accept certificates (just using Groupon for advertising) wasting my time and gas to closed "out of business" signs posted on the building to scams for massages being performed out of someones apartment in a shady ghetto neighborhood. That actually tuned into a sexual solicitation by a pair of prostitutes. Seriously Groupon taking our money and they dont even verify the business or if it is even legally operational.

I absolutely love Sara my procedure was…
I absolutely love Sara my procedure was private and thorough …she made sure to break down every step making sure I was comfortable honestly I have never been more comfortable. If you are thinking about getting any services stop thinking about it and book her ! I was even able to get a same day appointment!!!

I had the 80 minute deep tissue
I had the 80 minute deep tissue! It was the best I've experienced in awhile since the pandemic. I have regular monthly visits with Groupon assistance. This was a very quiet, peaceful, private experience and my masseur was the best. A hidden treasure!

Very dishonest
I emailed the company, per the groupon instructions with multiple follow ups and had called multiple times; leaving messages but no response. Now my groupon shows redeemed but no service or response ever received.

This looks like a brand new car
This looks like a brand new car. I had never gotten my car detailed so there was five-years worth of use built up and it is literally spotless now. I will absolutely be back! The entire process was very convenient with scheduling options including text-messages, drop off, a quick chat, timely completion, and options for pick-up like afterhours contactless since I had to work late. I am so blown away with the service I received and Ty never made me feel embarrassed for the mess. He was so helpful and polite, walking me through the Groupon redemption process and even sending pictures of the vehicle upon completion. Super professional and excellent work!! 10/10

FALSE PROMOTION
I paid for an oil change via Groupon. Once I arrived at Valvoline they told me it didn't cover everything and I had to pay MORE than what I did the coupon to get the oil change AND I added nothing to the service! HORRIBLE business practice by Groupon and Valvoline. SCAM!!!

Merchant refused to use Groupon I had purchased because I had used it already, which it doesn’t stay at that. Then she tried to offer me the service at a higher price.

I need to move so I purchased a movers…
I need to move so I purchased a movers voucher I set up the date for today last weekend .Today the morning of my move I received a call from the vendor stating their truck broke down and they cant move me WOW!!!!!! on the day of the move WOW!!! so I tried to get a phone number to call GROUPON so I could get my money back ASAP. because I am on a budget well I got some automated bot that Offered me a refund within 5-10 business days ahh no I can't sit here for 5-10 business days!So shall I wait for the landlord to throw me out sit on the sidewalk for 5-10 business days . No worries I rarely used Groupon it is guaranteed I will never use them again.I understand things happen but when they do and the vendors can't come through groupon should be available to assist at least during business hours.

Michael & Manny are genuinely the guys you would want managing your business if you owned one. Whatever your preconceived notions of Midas are, throw them aside because they do things differently here. Honest, professional, customer driven & very knowledgeable, the crew here do a fantastic job. A+

Terrible customer service
Purchased an air con recharge. It states in the terms of the voucher: 'A pressure test will be carried out prior to treatment; if a leak is detected, the recharge and treatment will not be carried out and a full refund will be provided.' There was a leak in my air con system so the air con recharge did not work. I contact groupon customer service asking for a refund but they said I could only have groupon credits because it had been over 14 days. I pointed out that in the voucher it states I would receive a full refund if the service can not be done, but they still would not refund my money. I had paid through Paypal, so I made contact with Paypal about this, and after looking into this and seeing themselves the terms provided by Groupon, they swiftly refunded my money. A few days later I tried to login to Groupon as I have other groupon vouchers, but I found that groupon have deactivated my account. So by the looks of it, they can't provide the terms that they themselves provide in their deals, and then when a larger company steps in to correct their wrongdoing, Groupon as a company spit their dummy out and ban the user? I highly recommend that everyone stays away from this company, not worth the hassle.

Voucher Missed Important Details
The voucher did not include all relevant information. We bought the voucher for a dinner show. The voucher did not say that the dinner is not included in the ticket price of the voucher. The vendor did not include the meal when using Groupon, although a regular ticket does include the meal. So, really we didn't save anything by using Groupon cuz we still had to pay for the meals on top of the voucher. That's kind of misleading.

No picking up phone calls for…
No picking up phone calls for appointments, she says dont call us.. just text.. That’s funny. When i text, no responce… when you go there, no welcoming environment either.. she looks careless… and when i go to IPL for othet places they do whole face, but here only couple of spot on your face.. wouldn’t even go there and bother her… but nurse was friendly…
